Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and testable front-end code using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Translate UI/UX designs and user requirements into responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with designers to enhance the user experience and maintain consistency through a shared design system.
• Participate in code reviews, advocate for best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail while delivering scalable solutions that balance speed and quality.
• Take ownership of front-end architecture and performance, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Document your work and participate in asynchronous communication as part of a remote-first company culture.
• Work independently and effectively in a distributed, asynchronous environment. 

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End or Full Stack Engineer.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (including Sass or PostCSS).
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Skilled in writing clean, modular, and testable code using testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Testing Library.
• Familiarity with frontend state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Pinia, or Vuex).
• Strong system design and architecture skills with the ability to navigate and improve large codebases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote and cross-functional environments.
• Understanding of micro front-end patterns and modular application development is a plus.
• Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, databases, and authentication flows.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture and technologies like Kafka.
• Background in Agile development processes.
