We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who specializes in building recruitment solutions using ChatGPT API.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions to enhance the recruitment process. You have a strong background in leveraging ChatGPT API and prompt engineering techniques to create conversational AI models tailored for recruitment purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop recruitment solutions utilizing ChatGPT and related technologies, such as prompt engineering and natural language processing (NLP).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including recruiters and hiring managers, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective conversational AI models.
• Build conversational interfaces and workflows that facilitate candidate interactions, including resume parsing, pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback.
• Leverage ChatGPT API to develop and fine-tune language models specific to recruitment use cases, ensuring accurate and contextually appropriate responses.
• Implement wrapper APIs around ChatGPT and related components, providing seamless integration with existing recruitment systems and platforms.
• Integrate the wrapper APIs with backend services, such as databases, authentication systems, and other APIs, to ensure end-to-end functionality and data flow.
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of the implemented recruitment solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and recruitment technologies, and apply them to improve the effectiveness of the chatbot models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and researchers to evaluate model performance, provide feedback, and suggest enhancements or modifications.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ Years of Experience working with AI, Data Sciences, NLP
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar roles, with a focus on developing conversational AI solutions for recruitment or HR domains.
• Strong expertise in leveraging ChatGPT API and prompt engineering techniques to create tailored conversational AI models.
• Experience integrating wrapper APIs with backend services, ensuring seamless functionality and integration.
• In-depth understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts, techniques, and tools relevant to recruitment applications.
• Proficiency in building wrapper APIs around language models, ensuring easy integration and maintenance.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, along with experience in relevant frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and related industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and recruitment technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
