Teleperformance EMEA IT organization is looking for an Application Support Specialist.

We use a lot of different applications, both self-developed, as well as commercial ones, and need experts to support those applications.

Your duties

As an Application Support Specialist, your key goal is to make sure that the enterprise applications are configured in line with the user requirements.

Your duties are:

·       support, troubleshoot, and configure enterprise applications;

·       provide end user support and traninings, if required;

·       update documentation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people with finished education in IT and basic understanding of how modern applications works.

Furthermore, you’re characterized by the following qualifications:

•       Bachelor Level education in software engineering or informatics;

·       T-SQL knowledge;

•       Fluency in English.
