TELEPERFORMANCE ALBANIA global leader in the contact center services, present in Albania with three sites in Tirana and Durres is looking for a candidate for the following position:

ETL Developer

KEY responsibilities:

·        Serve as a technical developer to load, cleanse and summarize information into database structures

·        Partner with team members to formulate, implement, test and validate ETL solutions

·        Comfortable testing data load processes for data accuracy

·        Work with data analysts, project manager and client resources to understand the scope of work, priorities, and requirements for the data solution

·        Support solution processes (e.g., data loads, aggregation processes, enrichment, historical analysis, etc.) as part of standard daily work load to complete client commitments

·        Build data solutions with a strong focus on reusability; leverage work across multiple environments

·        Identify data issues and drive improvements in data hygiene

·        Understand and work with data in varying degrees of complexity and scale

Required:

·        1+ years database developer role

·        1+ years supporting data consolidation, data acquisition, ETL, SQL; Experience SSIS required

·        Solid SQL, stored procedures, database triggers, views and other database manipulation languages/methods required

·        Advanced hands-on skill level in SQL, data integration, data modeling and data architecture skills

·        Working knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling and dimensional modeling

·        Strong technical problem-solving skills and sound understanding of data warehouse foundation
