Position: XR Developer

Location: Tirana, Albania

Terms: Full-Time

Reports to: Director XR Products

Primary Focus:

As a software developer at TLN, you will collaborate with our team of technical wizards to produce innovative solutions using the latest technologies. Have a new technology you’ve been dying to use? We are open to trying new things, but be prepared to teach your fellow developers all about it!

Our ideal candidate has graduated with a degree in either Computer Science, Game Design, or Software Engineering within the last few years and is interested in cutting-edge VR/AR application development. They are able to motivate themselves in a flexible environment. They can solve problems both individually and collaboratively.

Accountabilities:

● Create innovative learning solutions focused on the learner’s experience

● Collaborate and partner with employees across organizational boundaries

● Ensure consistent style and quality of visuals throughout their work

● Ensure all client deadlines and timelines are met

● Drive excellence in learning by embracing and living the TLN Experience values

Desired Qualifications:

● 4 years of related education and experience

● Strong execution skills – ability to get the job done from start to finish

● Excellent communication skills

● Decent problem solving and analytical skills

● Ability to troubleshoot technical issues

● Ability to adapt visual detail to ensure deadlines of a project while still maintaining clean professional visuals

● Basic knowledge of designing for XR.

● Basic knowledge of 3D software

● Work independently and collaboratively with little supervision

● Proficiency with Unreal blueprint development

● Experience with Unity development

● Any degree in computer science, game design, or software engineering

● Experience using the Oculus Quest (1 & 2) or Vive series of VR equipment

● Strong verbal and written communication skills
